Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our IPTV service. However, occasional maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Free Trial

4. Payment & Billing
Payment Methods
AWI IPTV accepts various payment methods including:
- Bank Transfer
- Cryptocurrency
- Other methods as communicated via WhatsApp
Subscription Activation
After payment confirmation, your IPTV subscription will be activated within 1-24 hours. Login credentials will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
Auto-Renewal
AWI IPTV subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. You will need to manually renew your subscription before expiration to avoid service interruption.
5. Refund Policy
AWI IPTV offers refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund
- Technical issues we cannot resolve within 48 hours
- Service does not work on your device after troubleshooting
- Request made within 7 days of purchase
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after service activation
- Internet connectivity issues on your end
- Blocked service due to ISP restrictions (VPN usually resolves this)
- Device compatibility issues not communicated beforehand
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase

6. Acceptable Use Policy
By using AWI IPTV, you agree to the following:
You May
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing
- Stream on authorized devices within connection limits
- Share your screen within your household
You May NOT
- Resell, redistribute, or share credentials publicly
- Use the service for commercial or public display
- Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer our systems
- Use automated tools to access our service
- Exceed your connection limit (usually 1-2 connections per subscription)
Violation Consequences: Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated without refund.
7. Device Compatibility
AWI IPTV is compatible with most modern streaming devices:
- Amazon Fire Stick - All versions including 4K Max (Setup Guide)
- Android TV & Boxes - Nvidia Shield, Mi Box, generic Android boxes
- Smart TVs - Samsung Tizen, LG webOS (Setup Guide)
- Mobile Devices - Android phones/tablets, iPhone, iPad
- MAG Boxes - MAG 322, 324, 420, 424 series
- Formuler - Z8, Z10, GTV series
- Computers - Windows, Mac, Linux via VLC or web player
We recommend using IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate apps for the best experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
AWI IPTV provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Content availability changes
- Third-party content accuracy
- Internet service provider actions or restrictions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.
9. Intellectual Property
AWI IPTV does not claim ownership of any content streamed through our service. All trademarks, logos, and content belong to their respective owners. AWI IPTV acts as a technology provider for streaming services.

11. Changes to Terms
AWI IPTV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
